This course will help employees meet the mandatory workplace harassment and violence training requirements of Canada and its provinces and territories. Specifically, it covers definitions, the complaint process and reporting resources, the dangers of retaliation, the extended protections for federally regulated employers, and the steps employees and managers can take to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment so you can create a workplace built on respect.
