Course overview

This course will help managers in New York meet the training requirements mandated by the New York Department of Labor, the New York Division of Human Rights, New York City’s Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act, and the revised standards of Senate Bill S6577. Specifically, you will learn what the federal law states, definitions and protected classes, reporting resources and remedies.
