Learning objectives

  • Recognize basic biosafety considerations in labs
  • Identify BSL-3 facility considerations
  • Identify PPE and personnel considerations under BSL-3

Course overview

Labs designed to work with biological materials will have designs and safe work practices in place to protect personnel, the facility and the surrounding community.
