Rueben joins HSI with 20 years of experience in education and training. As a college professor and designer of adult education studies, his expertise in training and development is a valuable asset to this team. He has directed learning programs at every level of education and specializes in creating training that helps individuals develop skills, not just knowledge, from their learning.
Rueben's training and advisory skills have been used by the U.S. Armed Forces, the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, multiple Fortune 500 companies, and seven institutions of higher education. He has created curriculum for both instructor-led and online training to help organizations equip their employees and effectively assess that training to ensure long-term success.
Rueben has been involved in research and behavioral studies including psychology, sociology, and education. His postgraduate research has contributed to advancements in adult education studies relating to knowledge acquisition, performance development, and multi-cultural identity development. His interest in adult learning theory has resulted in bringing in-depth methods of training to adult education and assisted in promoting a new generation of professional development.
