Vonita Williams has more than 14 years’ experience in instructional design and technical writing. She has consulted with clients on training and performance needs and developed courses to meet those needs. She has also managed training and performance improvement projects.

As part of her experience, Vonita has prepared design documents and storyboards for content development. Using those documents, she has developed online courses including presentation, interactions, and assessments, using learner feedback to refine courses as needed. During her time in the utility industry, Vonita has partnered with SMEs to identify and implement learning needs, including participant and
facilitator guides and presentations for instructor-led and virtual training.
