What does it take to roll out HSE software?

Hear from Jon Liesmaki, Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Harmon Inc., who evaluated 27 vendors and has implemented multiple HSE processes across departments over the past few years. In this session, Jon will guide you through the entire process — from selecting the right vendor, gaining leadership buy-in, to successfully driving employee adoption. Many organisations are looking to transition from outdated processes (whether through old systems or manual methods like paper and Excel). Getting even a small number of employees to embrace a new system can be challenging, let alone hundreds.

Often, the mindset is, “I'll stick with what we have because the idea of change seems too overwhelming.” How can this process be made less daunting? What should companies consider, what should they know, and what should they worry less about? Additionally, why is adopting a digital platform so beneficial for your organisation?

Jon is joined by Jill James, Chief Safety Officer at HSI and former OSHA Inspector, to discuss the challenges and rewards of adopting a new system.
