HSI Professional Skills Development courses are now SHRM-Approved for CE Credit.

HSI’s library of proprietary and expertly curated courses enables HR professionals to earn Professional Development Credits (PDCs) toward maintaining their SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® credentials while building practical workplace skills.
SHRM certification is the only HR credential offered by the world’s largest HR membership organization. The SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® designations are widely recognized by employers across industries as premier certifications for HR professionals.
To become a SHRM Recertification Provider, HSI completed a rigorous application and peer-review process that evaluates course quality, relevance, and alignment with SHRM standards. Approved courses support competencies outlined in the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge® (SHRM BASK®), the global framework for effective HR practice.
Eligible HSI courses provide 0.25 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) per completed course. Learners can submit credits through the SHRM certification portal to maintain their SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® credentials.
