Our Emergency Care partners are individuals or organizations who want to offer CPR, AED and First Aid training or products, like AEDs and manikins, on a wide scale to their customers.

What to know before you apply to become an HSI Partner

Please read before submitting a form/request.

At present, HSI is looking for larger, strategic partners. Examples include Go1, Cornerstone, Accenture, and more. If you are a smaller organization or individual, we use the below criteria to determine who we engage with.

Partners must have a website and an existing business model.

Channel Partners & Resellers:

Partners who sell HSI training content, and contract directly with the end customer. HSI shares a royalty percentage of the yearly contract amount.
- Training content only, almost everything you find in our online course catalog.
- Minimum prepayment of $15,000 which represents expected sales.

White Label Partners:

Partners who would like to sell our training courses from their website, via ecommerce functionality in their current LMS, or sell through an HSI ecommerce site but not using the HSI LMS.
- We do not white label our LMS
- Our courses do not have our branding in our AICC/SCORM files
- We offer the ability for single-seat purchases using our ecommerce platform. The login page has the reseller’s business logo and they get a % of online sales each month.
- Are you going to be using this as an add on to your current clients (expanding current business) or using this to get more clients?

Referral Partners:

Partners who find interested prospects and refer them directly to HSI. When the referral becomes a client, HSI pays a percentage of the closed/won contract to the partner, HSI owns contract and end customer relationship.
- Partner can refer prospects for all HSI products.
- Minimum prepayment of $10,000 which represents expected sales.
- Must have at least 10 referrals per year.

Affiliates:

These partners are typically associations, insurance companies, or other organizations that have dues paying members. Typically resolves as a discount for their group vs. a royalty paid from HSI to the partner.
- Partner advertises us as a preferred partner with pre-negotiated rates for their members.
- Partner can negotiate for all HSI products.
- No minimum purchase required.
