This comes in the form of providing active shooter training, industrial skills training, implementing technology to ensure students are safe and healthy, and much more. Our courses and technology are affordable, easy-to-use, and can address anything from incident reporting, investigations, audits, student training, and more.
Some schools can now earn points for obtaining Industry Based Certifications (IBCs) such as OSHA 10 & 30 courses. HSI works with over 60 schools in Texas alone to provide online OSHA 10 & 30 training for both General Industry and Construction. We even offer special pricing as part of our way of showing our appreciation for our school systems.

Active shooter training — includes response techniques and emergency bleeding control skills
When violence occurs, seconds count, and you can't always wait for EMS to arrive. HSI’s Active Violence Emergency Response Training (AVERT) teaches your faculty and staff how to react in the event of a school shooter situation. The program includes blended training on:
- How to recognize warning signs of potential violence
- Effective responses in an active shooter situation
- Life-saving emergency bleeding control skills
