Course overview
This lesson introduces the concept of ergonomics in a general industry setting, brings awareness to cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs), reviews warning signs, symptoms, and actions to take, and identifies ergonomics principles that can help reduce the occurrence of injury in the first place.
