If the post they read comes from a friend, colleague, or family member, it's even more impactful. More than 80% of the Social Media Today survey respondents said recommendations from family or friends strongly correlate to their buying decisions. So clearly, what people post about your company, products, and services online for their "friends" to see really matters.
