Or even worse, the voice-automated prompts, that apparently don't detect human voices! You'll go hoarse screaming, "Speak to a REP-RE-SEN-TA-TIVE!" In this course, we'll help you keep your customers happy, by going over business phone etiquette. We'll discuss setting up, maintaining, and updating your business phone system. We'll also touch on basic phone etiquette for your workplace.
