You hear the word “culture” a lot; in the news, in conversation, in referring to travel, and in the workplace. But what is “culture” and what does it have to do with you in the workplace? Well, there's “workplace culture,” which is the dynamics and values system that determines your workplace priorities or behaviors, and then there's “culture” in the broader sense.
