Course overview
Stereotyping happens in every brain as a shortcut for processing information, and the problem surfaces only when that shortcut gets applied to an actual person in a hiring decision, a meeting, or a passing comment. Catching affinity bias and replacing labels with specific observations changes how fairly people get treated in daily interactions.
