For a long time, the massive Baby Boomer generation represented the largest part of the U.S. workforce. As they've started to retire, this spot has been overtaken by Millennials. However, many Boomers are still in the workplace. If you're working with some of them, it might be helpful to know some general facts about their generation and their preferences at work.
