Course overview
If you're a supervisor managing an alcohol testing program, it is very likely that -- at some point -- you'll have an employee refuse alcohol testing. As you probably already know, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandates alcohol testing. Every industry under the DOT's oversight has to comply with the testing rules, which include both testing if there is reasonable suspicion of alcohol misuse and a random testing program that includes all employees.
