An impactful sales call needs to be a two-way conversation where both the seller and the customer are fully engaged. Before engaging in a business discussion, you need to be sure that your customer is comfortable, prepared, and available to listen to your ideas and suggestions. This course teaches how to prepare your customer by using small talk, or casual conversation. The learning also includes how to transition from casual conversation to the business discussion.
