Course overview
For safety and efficiency, much electrical work is done by a team. However, a technician may sometimes find themselves working on their own. Regardless of the size of the job, understanding general safety concepts of electric power generation, transmission, and distribution can help technicians finish the job safely. The General Concepts and Job Briefings training course explains general concepts regarding safety while performing electrical work. It also explains what job briefings are and how they can help a technician avoid accidents. General Concepts and Job Briefings is part of the Qualified Electric Worker training series.
