Course overview
Human Performance is about outcomes. It is the science of understanding how to measure outcomes, then using the information to improve potential. It consists of two basic measures: what a person is trying to do and how they are trying to do it. More simply put, behavior plus the conditions, equals the outcome. The Human Performance for System Operators training course identifies the role Human Performance plays in system operations and explores how it can improve training. It discusses how to analyze application of Human Performance measures in training. It then shows how to integrate this analysis into training development. This online training is part of the System Operations training series.
