Course overview
Artificial intelligence runs inside everyday work for employees at every level, drafting emails, summarizing meetings, routing customer requests, and flagging unusual transactions. Data, algorithms, and computing power combine to turn raw information into useful outputs through automation, prediction, and content generation. Human judgment stays central, directing these tools and reviewing what they produce.
