The strategy centers around a systematic and disciplined approach to managing a product category as a strategic business unit. This course will introduce you to some of the basic concepts of category management, giving you a better understanding of how your retail customers develop their sales and marketing strategies. This knowledge will enable you with a stronger ability to deliver sales suggestions that align with your customers' business objectives
