Course overview
Over the last few decades, experts have studied and analyzed how decisions are successfully made. Through their research, two models have emerged that can help your organization standardize decision-making processes. The TDODAR Decision-Model is used for making quick decisions. The Kepner-Tregoe Matrix is used for decisions that require deep analysis. In this course, we'll provide an overview of both models: how they work, when to use them, and how they can move your decision-making process forward toward a resolution.
