Drug and alcohol abuse can have a major impact on a person's well-being and create an unsafe work environment. Because misusing drugs or alcohol at work is a very serious problem, it's crucial to be aware of your responsibilities as an employee. Your company sets the policies, but it's you and your coworkers who must follow them. In this program, we'll talk about raising your awareness, understanding company policy and testing procedures, and finding support if you or a coworker is suffering from substance misuse or addiction.
