Regardless of your industry, customers rely on accurate information to make informed decisions. That's why we have the Federal Trade Commission, or FTC. In this program, we're going to talk about FTC violations like false advertisements, endorsements, and reviews, which are considered unfair or deceptive practices. We'll also look at how the FTC handles investigations and enforcement.
