Learning objectives

- Apply Ethical Principles to Addressing Harassment in the Workplace: Analyze complex workplace scenarios involving potential instances of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior, and apply ethical principles and decision-making frameworks to determine the most appropriate course of action in alignment with organizational policies and legal obligations.
- Implement Strategies to Cultivate a Respectful Workplace Culture: Actively enhance their communication and conflict resolution skills to promote respectful interactions.
Course overview
This training fulfills New York’s Sexual Harassment Prevention training requirement for managers. Participants will learn about the different types of harassment, the laws that protect employees, and the proactive measures to prevent and address harassment in the workplace. By the end of this training, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
