Course overview
Throughout this series, you learned that change is not only constant but a necessity in any competitive business environment. Becoming more efficient, reducing costs, and increasing revenues all require some change in the way a company does business. We also learned that change is difficult and requires specific skills and techniques to successfully achieve a change initiative. We took you through several change management tools and models to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and resources to successfully plan and execute a change initiative. In this last program, we'll focus specifically on leading a change initiative and the three major phases to follow. We'll talk about how to decide on a model, or models, that best suit your organization and go over the importance of committing to a structured approach to change management.
