Course overview
Every employer's goal is to have a capable workforce - a team that can meet the physical and mental demands of the work, driving the whole organization toward success. There are many ways leadership goes about selecting and keeping the best suited people in the right jobs. In this course, we're going to focus on mental assessments or evaluations. These tests are what employers use to make decisions about whether a candidate is the right fit cognitively for a position, or to create a return-to-work plan for employees who've been off work for an incident or illness.
