Course overview
This video provides information about silicosis, the potential health hazards associated with working with silica, and ways to reduce exposure through protection and preventative measures. This lesson is intended for the mine safety and health of new miners, newly-hired experienced mine workers, and mining contractors beginning work at a quarry, metal/nonmetal, or coal surface mine.
