Course overview
If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, you may worry about and struggle with your symptoms while at work. Your obsessions or compulsions can take up a portion of your day, and it may feel like it's impossible to work through them. But you're not alone. In this program, we'll talk about some ways you can manage your OCD while at work. We'll discuss knowing your triggers, using grounding techniques, and disclosing your OCD.
