Course overview

A personal protective program protects employees by ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and used when necessary. It also makes sure the equipment is maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition. The Personal Protective Equipment for Construction, Part 2 training course describes some of the employer and employee requirements for reducing risk and avoiding injury, illness, and death by properly selecting, using, and maintaining PPE. This course is part of the Construction Safety training series.
