Course overview

Food manufacturing facilities can be very appealing to pests. Unfortunately, pests can damage product and even pose a health risk, so food manufacturing facilities must have a pest management plan to help protect their products. This course will help food manufacturing employees recognize the types of pests that are found in food production environments, the key features of a pest management program, and their role in keeping facilities pest free. This course is presented in English, Spanish, European French.
