Fires can happen anytime, anywhere, without warning. The National Fire Protection Association, or NFPA, reports that there are more than 1.3 million reported fires in the United States every year. If you encounter a fire at home or on the job, a portable fire extinguisher can help you to protect yourself and possibly stop the fire in its tracks. This course will introduce employees to portable fire extinguishers, how they work and when to use them.
