Course overview

It's no secret that there are many benefits to positive thinking. Optimism brings with it increased life spans, lower rates of depression, greater resistance to illness, and the list goes on and on. But it's not always easy to be positive. We live in a stressful, chaotic world. And sometimes, the loudest voice in our heads is our own. When that inner voice is telling you that you're not good enough, or smart enough, or makes you relive that one mistake over and over again--it makes optimism almost impossible. In this course, we'll talk about how to flip the script on your negative inner voice and teach you positive self-talk. We'll discuss strategies to focus on the positives, so your inner voice is consistently happy and healthy.
