  • Recognize and define the essential steps in the problem-solving process: Defining, analyzing, generating solutions, selecting a solution, implementing a solution, and reviewing the results.
  • Apply each step of the problem-solving process to real-world scenarios while leveraging a variety of problem-solving tools. (such as 5 whys, decision matrices, SWOT analysis, brainstorming, etc)
  • Evaluate and reflect on effectiveness of problem-solving strategies in their own work.

Course overview

Although a "problem solving" series is for those with broken systems, flawed processes or team failures, it is also for you. Unless your team is doing 100% of their job, 100% right, 100% of the time, then you have a problem to solve.
