Course overview
Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace is essential for fostering collaboration and productivity. This course examines the impact of workplace bullying and violence, explores their warning signs, and provides effective prevention strategies. By understanding how we can identify bullying, the four types of workplace violence, how we can prevent and respond to both, and how we can build a respectful workplace culture, participants will be equipped to prevent bullying and violence from taking root and ensure a supportive work environment for all.
