Course overview

Slips, trips and falls are among the most common causes of injuries and deaths in the construction industry. Approximately 25% of construction injuries and 33% of construction fatalities every year are attributed to slips, trips or falls. Construction sites have many hazards that can cause these types of injuries, including slick spots on floors, debris and clutter, and unsafe stairs or ladders. By the time you?ve completed this course, you should be able to recognize general requirements for walking and working surfaces. This course is presented in English and Spanish.
