HSI Solution Updates
New and Updated Courses
Among the many new and updated courses this month, we’re highlighting topics of using AI for brainstorming, problem solving, and advice, and the ever-important PPE: Body Coverings and Full Body Protection. Full-body personal protective equipment protects workers from hazards that affect large areas of the body, including chemicals, heat, sparks, and physical contact risks.
Software Updates
We’ve made a few improvements to the LMS and EHS platforms to improve efficiency and ease of use for administrators; a couple are highlighted below.
LMS training catalog filters: when users enter filters, the system will maintain those filters for the duration of their current session, resulting in a faster search for relevant courses.
EHS workflows: an update to workflow stages provides information on module records, so you can quickly see what stage a record is at and change stages with more confidence. This UI update reduces mistakes and allows even complex stage setups to feel more manageable.

Dynamic Dashboards
With Dynamic Dashboards, you can create a single master dashboard that adapts to each user's role. For example, instead of having 5 separate dashboards for the Incident reporting, you can have one dashboard where each user sees only the widgets and layouts relevant to their role.
This means everyone works from the same dashboard while accessing the information they need—simplifying setup, improving visibility, and ensuring efficiency.
How to Create a Dynamic Dashboard:
- Go to Settings > Dynamic Dashboards.
- Click +Add to create a new dashboard or pane.
- Add widgets (charts, graphs, etc.) and customize as desired.
- Save your changes and assign to a role or role profile to grant access.
