HSI Releases New Artificial Intelligence Capabilities, Strengthening Leadership Position Among EHS AI Offerings

Two new AI capabilities were released last month as part of a series of AI launches from HSI. The new features – Course and Learning Path Recommendations – focus on improving employee training management with automated recommendations based on factors like location and job requirements.

Course Recommendations: Customized, tailored lists remove the guesswork when selecting which courses an employee needs given certain on-the-job requirements specific to their function or job site.

Learning Path Recommendations: Looking for help with creating a complete training plan for your teams? One that takes into account regulations and reduces cognitive bias? HSI AI can provide the assistance you need.

Improvements in time zone handling on records, sharing time zone information via placeholders in the Automations and Scheduler functions, and adding the time zone of a record's location on the module record index. These improvements help with data transparency and support data usability and integrity.

LMS Updates

Members in the LMS system have access to course descriptions, objectives, and supplemental materials (where applicable) for their online courses. This additional transparency in the training course can help users understand why the training was assigned and what they can expect.
