OSHA Hazard Communication Standard Update: Important Deadlines
OSHA Hazard Communication Standard Update: Important Deadlines
OSHA published an update to better align the U.S. with international standards and improve worker protection as it relates to chemical management. With this regulation change, there are compliance actions both chemical manufacturers/distributors and employers have to take prior to the deadlines, which are coming up soon (see table). If you haven’t started working on updating your SDSs or updating worker communication, now is the time and HSI can help. We have an expert SDS authoring team with decades of experience and the largest, most current library of SDSs on the market.
