Warehouse Training for a Bottler Client
Situation: Our client was experiencing errors with shipping damaged and incorrect products. At the same time, Walmart rolled out new, stringent processes for receiving products.
Training Need: New warehouse training was required to comply with Walmart’s rigorous requirements. The training spanned the entire process from the moment the order was taken, products selected and loaded onto a pallet, truck layout, driver safety, how to prepare the vehicle for the next load, and much more.
Brand Voice Training for a Major Lifestyle Brand
Situation: This major brand had multiple business units operating independently under the overall brand. The siloed groups include retail, media, and entertainment.
They embarked on a major internal training effort to unite the business units under one brand voice and clarify their brand target.
Training Need: Our client came to us to convert eight hours of live training into video modules. The four videos explained why the initiative was created, provided detail into the brand target, and how the business units meet the target’s needs and generate loyalty. The final video explained the brand’s overall business strategy.
