Updates in your system – like adding or removing a user – automatically sync to the Competency Management System. We handle the integration setup during onboarding, with a dedicated project to configure and test your connections.
Absolutely. You can host your own training in the system – anywhere from a simple PDF to interactive online training modules. If you don’t have all the training you need, you can purchase content from HSI to fill in the gaps.
All training can be bulk assigned to a specific user set – whether a contractor, entire project team, or certain role within the organization. The system will track completions and let you send reminders to end users.
When you have a toolbox talk or other online training you want to send out to your staff or contractors, you can set up automatic reminders, so it goes out when you want it to. You can set up schedules to have a toolbox talk a month or set up a specific onboarding plan for a new contractor. You can even send it out in chapters so they can't move to the next toolbox talk until they've completed the first one.
Contractors don’t need much support to use the system. With built-in training modules, scheduled onboarding webinars, and optional one-to-one sessions, we keep the process fast and straightforward. Most contractors are active in one to two days. Our team manages the onboarding process, so your supply chain experiences a smooth and consistent rollout.
User access is simple and secure. When integrated with your systems, APIs keep data in sync automatically. The Competency Management System requires proper credentials for every user, ensuring only authorized people can view or update records. Training completions instantly update qualifications, and you choose how roles and permissions are assigned. There are no limits on the number of administrators you set up, so your team has the access it needs.
Support begins with an onboarding workshop that shapes how your system is configured – from question sets and certificate types to job roles and features. Next, we help create and map your supply chain within the system. Primary users are trained, and the platform is fine-tuned as needed.
Because the system is configurable, your team can make future adjustments on its own. From there, a dedicated customer success manager is assigned, responding to any questions promptly.
