A written mentoring agreement ensures that your mentors and mentees are on the same page throughout the entire process. In this course, we'll discuss the eight parts of a mentoring agreement. This includes goals, time frame, frequency, when and where, checkpoints, wrap-up, confidentiality, and signatures.
