More Than One Solution

Learning objectives

Identify a number of potential solutions for the same problem

Course overview

While we may make a great decision based on what we know about the situation, sometimes our selected solution does not fully solve the issue or solve it in the right way. This means we need another plan, and sometimes we need this plan fast. So why not be a proactive problem solver and identify a backup plan before you implement any solution. This way if things don't work out as planned, you're immediately ready to try something new. This course provides a process you'll use when you have a problem that needs to be solved, and you are the person to solve it. Use this process as often as you want to. If it's helpful, make it part of your problem-solving process. Maybe using it just a few times is all you need. You're the best judge to determine how this process can help you. What's most important is that you continue strengthening your problem-solving skills and your ability to adjust to changing conditions and circumstances. By completing this course, you will be able to identify a number of potential solutions for the same problem. This course has been approved for 1 hour of PDU credit from PMI (Project Management Institute). An Elearning! Magazine Excellence Award Winner: Management Development Learning Track.
