Course overview

First and foremost you are a leader, and as a leader, you are responsible for supporting, encouraging, and coaching each person to perform at the highest level. Of course, that doesn't mean leading a virtual team is easy; there are certainly some unique challenges involved, and this is especially true when facilitating performance development conversations. This course will focus on what you need to do when facilitating performance conversations remotely. While many of the steps and actions are the same as face-to-face discussions, there are a few things you'll want to make sure you to do be successful when having these conversations remotely. By completing this course, you will know what you must do to conduct performance development discussions with your remote employees.
