Employees: Cultivating Gratitude
Coronavirus and its associated lockdowns have been a hugely impactful and stressful time for all of us. And there's still a lot of uncertainty surrounding it. Maybe you were furloughed and are behind on your bills. Maybe you had family members get sick. Maybe you battled, or are battling, anxiety or depression as a result. There are a lot of negative feelings swirling around. In this program, we'll talk to you about the importance of positive thinking, which starts with acknowledging the things you are grateful for. We'll go over personal gratitude and expressing gratitude for your coworkers and supervisors.
