Most work on oil and gas sites takes place outdoors, and workers can be exposed to all weather conditions, especially high heat. Fortunately, heat-related illnesses can be avoided and treated with some simple precautions and procedures. When you have completed this course, you should be able to recognize the basics of heat stress. This microlearning course addresses a specific aspect of a broader training topic.
