Most of us are familiar with harassment and discrimination, and know we shouldn't do it, but there's more to it than that. Connecticut law mandates two hours of sexual harassment training, so you are required to watch each course in its entirety. We recommend that you watch only one program per day, and be sure to view programs in order. Download the student materials for each course to help with note taking, and take each exam. After watching these courses, you should be able to define how policy governs conduct, identify when to take action, and utilize your resources. But remember, you're not alone.
