Do you find yourself thinking too much? As in, fixating on one idea and thinking about it over and over? If so, you might be an overthinker. And maybe you feel like this is a part of your personality you can't change. But there actually are things you can do to minimize this behavior, because overthinking isn't healthy for your brain or body. It can contribute to mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, which can affect your overall happiness and productivity. In this program, we'll examine what overthinking really is, what it does to your brain, and how you can avoid doing it.
