Retail Selling: 07 Asking for Action

Course overview
If we're not asking for something on every customer call, we're not "selling" anything. When a customer shows interest in your idea, or agrees that it sounds like a good one, you must ask them to take action. If you don't, nothing will happen. Customers expect salespeople to ask them for the order. They don't resent or feel high-pressured by a salesperson that asks for action. This course teaches how, and when to ask the customer to take action on sales suggestions.
