But if you can learn to do so tactfully, you'll be a much better leader, one that employees trust and like more. So in this course, we'll talk about how to develop tact. We'll go over the preparation required for difficult situations. We'll also discuss how to consider the personality of the person you're addressing. Lastly, we'll go over choosing your words, using proper body language, and setting the tone.
